Sometimes it is hard to know how to use a piece of software without a helping hand, I know because i've been there. To give you a small helping hand to start off with FlexibleList I have started to prepare some examples for you to download and look at.

Layout styles
Display your items in a list with alternating style for odd and even items.
Display your items in two columns (a simple two-column table).

Javascript styles
Use the tabifier javascript together with FlexibleList to easily create and maintain a tabbed interface on your website. This style combined with the javascript makes it easy to add/remove/reorder the tabs.
