FlexibleList v1.0.1

There were a few irritating bugs in FlexibleList v1.0 that slipped through the net during test. These have now been corrected and I also added some minor features. The changes are reflected in the online/bundled user manual so be sure to check it out.

Changes in v1.0.1:

  • Added a new wrapper control. It is now possible to specify if the items name should be wrapped or not. Previously it was only possible to show/hide the items name.
  • Sorting the items by name in ascending/descending order is now possible by clicking the header.
  • Bundled the ”smooth scrolling” snippets provided by Ed Brenner on the dmg.
  • Bugfix: Disabled item was still present in the TOC.
  • Bugfix: A link added from the linkpanel was not always saved.
  • Bugfix: Page links was not correctly generated when subpages was used.

Something new…is FlexibleList

I while ago I posted that I was working on something new for RapidWeaver. This is has now materialized as FlexibleList, a flexible pagestyle plugin where the content is made up of a list of one or more item(s).

It has so far been used to create my faq and download pages on this website, if you want to see what can be done with this plugin. But it can do a lot more than that, you just have to play with it a bit and get some inspiration.

Main features:

  • Organize the content as items in a list.
  • Add a name and/or content to each item.
  • Hide items without removing them from the list.
  • Control the HTML code that wraps around each individual part of the page.
  • Control which individual parts of the page that should be wrapped inside the user-defined tags.
  • Generate a Table of Content for all named items (the TOC can be placed either in the content or sidebar area of the page).
  • Generate one subpage for each item instead of adding them to the main page when a TOC is used.
  • Customize the HTML that is used to render the subpage(s).
  • Export and Import the style for the FlexibleList page, complete with custom CSS that matches the tags you have used.

If you create a nice style for FlexibleList that you want to share send me a mail and I will add it on my website for others to enjoy 🙂

FlexibleList is released as donationware and requires RapidWeaver 3.5.x and OS X 10.3.9.

Liten prisjustering för @stash

[lang_en]The pricetag for @stash in USD has been updated as I gave notice on before christmas. It’s not a big change, going from $8.95 to $9.95, and is due to a falling exchange rate for USD vs. Euro.[/lang_en]
[lang_sv]Priset för @stash i dollar har ändrats som jag antydde strax före jul. Det är ingen stor prisjustering, från $8.95 till $9.95, och beror på en fallande dollarkurs jämfört mot Euro.[/lang_sv]
